Lost & Found

If you have forgotten and/or lost your luggage or other object in the areas of Punta Cana International airport,
please contact the Security Management Office, is the body responsible for Lost & Found
Punta Cana International Airport.

To claim an item recovered at the airport must submit the following documentation:

·         ID/ passport.

·         Date of departure or arrival.

·         Description of the bag / item and its contents.

·         Simple power of attorney, if not the owner who pick the item.

To claim objects that were forgotten in the aircraft, should contact their respective airline,
as this is responsible for these items and has its own area of shelter.

The items left in the area of Customs and Immigration arrival must contact the airline and
or Customs offices in Punta Cana.
