VIP SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No-shows are non-refundable
- Arrival Services: Children between 2 and 7 years old are complimentary. Children 8 years and older pay the regular rate
- VIP Premium Departure Services: The assigned agent will wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed meeting time. If the passenger does not arrive within that time, the service will be considered a no show, and no refund will be issued
- Cancellations: Requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the travel date in order to qualify for a refund
- Modifications to the travel date are subject to availability and must be requested in advance
- Significant flight schedule changes (such as delays or early arrivals) may affect service availability and are also subject to availability
- Credit card payments must be completed at the airport, as the cardholder must be present with the physical card. Only Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards are accepted. American Express is not accepted.
- All rates are subject to 18% government tax

- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight information to ensure proper coordination of the service
- Passengers must have all required travel documents, including valid identification and visas when applicable, in order to use the VIP services. The service provider is not responsible for denied access due to incomplete or incorrect documentation (including visas, vaccinations,boarding pass, e-ticket, and any other required government procedures)

Important Notice: VIP Service is an optional, add-on service designed to enhance your travel experience. It is not mandatory nor required to travel.
By selecting our services, you acknowledge that the scope and nature of the service have been clearly explained.
No refunds will be issued after the service has been rendered, regardless of flight cancellations or the passenger's inability to board.
All sales are final. Customers are considered fully assisted once the service has been completed, regardless of any subsequent events not related to the service.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers accept the no-refund policy of VIP Services.
