When choosing our VIP Services, guests will receive a personalized meet and greet upon arrival and departure, in addition to exclusive access to our VIP Lounge areas.

VIP Meet & Greet Arrival Service

Guests who select our VIP Services will also be provided with an expedited airport escort that will allow them to avoid lines at immigration and customs checkpoints.

  • Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or Jet Bridge.
  • You will be escorted to our arrival lounge to clear immigration avoiding the crowds and lines while enjoying a cold drink.
  • Your bags will be retrieved from the carrousel with the help of our porters.
  • You will be escorted through preferential lane in customs and finally to your previously arranged transportation provider at the airport’s exit.
  • We believe our exclusive services and VIP staff will make your stay in paradise more enjoyable.

Our expert greeters will meet you at the terminal’s VIP fast track lounge, to complete any departing forms required by our local entities. They then will escort you through airline check-in, security and immigration fast-track, and guide you to our VIP Lounge until boarding time

After completing your Airline check in process, you will meet our expert greeters in our VIP departure fast track lounge. They then will escort you through security and immigration fast-track, and instruct you on how to get to your boarding gate.

US$50.00 + tax p/p

Kids up until 7 years old don’t need to pay, kids with 8 years and older pay the regular fare. An additional USD$10.00 + tax when traveling with pets.
