VIP SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1. General Conditions: VIP Services are optional, add-on services designed to enhance the passenger’s airport experience. These services are not mandatory for travel. By purchasing or using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the scope, nature, and limitations of the service have been clearly explained and accepted.
- 2. Reservation Confirmation Policy: All services are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until full payment has been successfully received. The company reserves the right to decline, cancel, or release any unconfirmed reservation without prior notice.
- 3. No-Show Policy:
- Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point and time will be considered a no-show, and the service will be non-refundable.
- For VIP Premium Departure Services, the assigned agent will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After this period, the service will be considered a no-show.
- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete flight information, including the flight number. Failure to provide correct details, or providing incorrect information, may result in the inability to deliver the service, which will be considered a no-show without refund.
- 4. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.
- 5. Modifications: Any modification to the service (date, time, or details) is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
- 6. Flight Changes & Delays: Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes may affect service availability. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such changes, the service is not guaranteed and remains subject to operational capacity.
- 7. Force Majeure: The company shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide the service due to force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, airline decisions, or actions by airport, immigration, customs, or security authorities.
- 8. Payment Policy:
- Services must be fully paid in advance to be confirmed. Online payments are accepted through secure platforms. On-site card payments require the cardholder to be present with the physical card. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. American Express is not accepted.
- Payments are processed in Dominican Pesos (DOP). Final amount may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate and fees.
- 9. Rates & Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable government taxes, including 18% VAT (ITBIS).
- 10. Children – Arrival: Children between 2 and 7 years old are complimentary. Children 8 years and older are charged at the regular rate.
- 11. Children – Departure: For VIP Plus and VIP Premium Departure Services, children between 2 and 7 years old are charged a special rate of USD $25.00. Children under 2 years old are complimentary. Children 8 years and older pay the regular rate.
- 12. Additional Passengers: Reservations are valid only for the number of passengers confirmed and paid at the time of booking. Additional passengers arriving without prior reservation will be subject to availability and must pay the corresponding fee on-site before receiving the service.
- 13. Transportation: Transportation services are not included. Passengers are fully responsible for arranging and coordinating their own transportation.
- 14. Amenities: Amenities and complementary services may be unavailable due to operational, weather, or maintenance conditions. Their unavailability does not entitle the customer to any refund or compensation.
- 15. Weather Conditions: Meeting points may change due to weather or operational conditions. On rainy days, the greeter may wait for you at the general immigration entrance, holding a signboard with your name. This applies to services assisted on the tarmac.
- 16. Service Hours: Services are provided within established operating hours and are subject to availability.

- 17. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information and carrying all required travel documentation. The company is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- 18. Service Acknowledgment: Passengers may be required to sign a service acknowledgment confirming that the service was provided as agreed.
- 19. CCTV: Service areas may be monitored and recorded for security and quality control purposes.
- 20. Service Completion: The service is considered completed once the agreed assistance has been provided. No refunds will be issued after service completion.
- 21. Compensation: No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused portions of the service once it has started.
- 22. Final Sale: All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- 23. Service Coverage: The service begins at the agreed meeting point and ends upon completion of the assistance. For arrival services, access to the lounge is limited strictly to the duration of the service and may not be used as a waiting area.
- 24. Baggage: The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays related to baggage.
- 25. Liability Limitation: The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. The company shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Important Notice: VIP Service is an optional, add-on service designed to enhance your travel experience. It is not mandatory nor required to travel.
By selecting our services, you acknowledge that the scope and nature of the service have been clearly explained.
No refunds will be issued after the service has been rendered, regardless of flight cancellations or the passenger's inability to board.
All sales are final. Customers are considered fully assisted once the service has been completed, regardless of any subsequent events not related to the service.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers accept the no-refund policy of VIP Services.
